All local priority mail posted before 1900hr between Monday and Friday and 1500hrs on Saturdays will be processed on the same day and delivered on the following working day. Inbound cross border mail (international mail to be delivered in Malta) that arrives at OE Marsa before 1900hrs between Monday and Friday and 1700 hrs on Saturday will also be processed on the same day and delivered in line with the standards for priority mail. For Financial Year 2010 (October 2009 – September 2010) the Malta Communications Authority (MCA) set standard is that of J+1 93%. (J being the number of days after posting)
