The following are some common reasons for this:

  • The number entered is not correct. Check that you have entered the number correctly.
  • If you are the receiver, kindly confirm with the sender that you were provided with the correct tracking number.
  • Some tracking numbers (like those starting with U) are not trackable in Malta.
  • Your item will be delivered by another local delivery company.
