Tracking Number

Note: 'Date' and 'Time' relate to the date and time when the item was scanned and may differ from the actual date and time of the event.

The following are some common reasons for this:

  • The number entered is not correct. Check that you have entered the number correctly.
  • If you are the receiver, kindly confirm with the sender that you were provided with the correct tracking number.
  • Some tracking numbers (especially those starting with U) are not trackable in Malta.
  • Your item will be delivered by another local delivery company.
