This service includes the pick up of your parcel from any address in Malta and Gozo, and its international delivery. It is currently available to over 70 countries worldwide, and includes market value insurance on the goods being sent.
GUARANTEED Delivery Times:
Postage paid is refunded to the sender if a postal article sent by EMS International Courier is not consigned to the addressee within the guaranteed delivery times (refer to the Terms & Conditions for more details).
The postage, pick-up and delivery of all EMS International items is also available from all post offices in Malta and Gozo, as well as the MaltaPost Head Office and the Mobile Post Office. In addition, MaltaPost p.l.c. offers the following:
FREE collection service for outgoing EMS International Courier
FREE delivery service for incoming postal articles originating from countries within the EU.
FREE delivery service for incoming postal articles originating from countries outside the EU not requiring Customs Clearance
MaltaPost p.l.c. also offers the additional service of Customs Clearance, for incoming postal articles originating from non EU Countries. The relevant fee for this additional service is €15.
