Have you ever found the perfect item online, only to realise that the supplier does not ship to Malta? SendOn is your solution.

SendOn is a mail forwarding service which offers delivery from the UK to Malta. Offered by MaltaPost, this service facilitates your online shopping from the EU, allowing you to shop from your favourite EU online stores and benefit from their competitive rates.

Many EU vendors do not ship to Malta, however, with SendOn, we’ll give you an address in the UK and deliver to your doorstep in Malta or Gozo in around 7 working days.

With SendOn you will:

• Benefit from shipping rates starting from €6 for items weighing up to 500g

Shop from a variety of EU online stores and benefit from their competitive rates. With shipping rates starting from just €6 including delivery, you will have your shopping delivered right to your doorstep in Malta and Gozo.

• Choose to have your order delivered to your home, work, or any Postal Outlet in Malta and Gozo

Apart from your home address you can now also register other destinations such as a work address or you can choose to have your item delivered immediately to any Postal Outlet of your choice for you to collect at your convenience. To add or change a delivery address you simply need to login and click on Edit your Details under the Quicklinks.

• Insure your item against loss or damage

For extra peace of mind, you may insure your SendOn items against loss or damage at a minimal charge of €15. Customers who opt to insure their postal articles would be insured under the Master Insurance Policy issued by Middlesea Insurance plc in the name of MaltaPost.

SendOn Insurance will cover all trackable and signed-for packages up to a maximum limit of €3,000 per package but not exceeding the value of the contents. The insurance covers the item from acknowledgement of its receipt in our UK hub until it is delivered to you in Malta or Gozo.

To book insurance click here and complete the online insurance booking form. Booking an insurance cover should be done immediately after purchasing your item or not later than 24 hours after receiving an email from us indicating that your item has arrived at our hub  in the UK.
