Are You Posting Safely
To comply with National and International mail transportation regulations and ensure public safety, we prohibit certain items from being carried through our network. Our goal is to keep mail safe for everyone. Many common items such as batteries, aerosols, nail polish, and perfumes are classified as dangerous goods under transport regulations. It is YOUR responsibility to verify if an item is prohibited.
If you send prohibited items without following the relevant terms and conditions, we reserve the right to handle those parcels at our discretion, including potentially disposing of them, in whole or in part. In compliance with Aviation Security Regulations, items intended for air transport will undergo specific security checks. Some items may not pass these checks and will be returned to the sender, if it is safe to do so and unless they are seized or destroyed during or as a consequence of such checks.
Do note that:
Consequential loss cover does not apply to restricted items.
Postage fees will not be refunded for restricted or prohibited items.
Important Reminder
The combination of liquids, aerosols, gels, or powders with any electronic equipment (whether containing a battery or not) in the same packet is prohibited. Electronic equipment must be shipped separately.
