On 12th August 2022, MaltaPost will issue the sixth series of stamps depicting religious statues found in various churches around Malta and Gozo. This issue will feature the following processional statues: The Immaculate Conception in Bormla, The Immaculate Heart of Mary in Burmarrad, Our Lady of the Rosary in Gudja, Our Lady of Loreto in Ghajnsielem, Our Lady of Perpetual Succour in Ta' Kercem, St. Leonard Abbot in Kirkop, The Transfiguration of Our Lord in Lija, The Holy Trinity in Marsa, Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Zurrieq and St. Mary Annunciation in Tarxien.
The stamps will be issued in a sheet of 10 stamps, with each stamp measuring 31mm x 44mm, with a comb perforation of 13.9 x 14.0 and bearing the Maltese Cross watermark. The sheets measure 182mm x 115mm and were produced by Printex Ltd in the offset process. The issue consists of 800,000 stamps and carry a face value of €0.37 each. Fit-12 t' Awwissu 2022, MaltaPost se toħroġ is-sitt ħarġa ta' bolli li juru statwi f'numru ta' knejjes fil-Gżejjer Maltin. Din il-ħarġa se turi l-vari proċessjonali hawn imsemmija: l-Immakulata Kunċizzjoni ta' Bormla, Qalb bla Tebgħa ta' Marija f' Burmarrad, il-Madonna tar-Rużarju tal-Gudja, il-Madonna ta' Loreto f'Għajnsielem, il-Madonna tas-Sokkors f' Ta' Kerċem, San Leonardu f' Ħal Kirkop, Tas-Salvatur f' Ħal Lija, it-Trinita Qaddisa fil-Marsa, l-Madonna tal-Karmnu taż-Żurrieq u Marija Annunzjata f' Ħal Tarxien.
Is-sett se jinħareġ f' folja ta' għaxar bolli. Kull bolla hija ta' daqs 31mm x 44mm, b'perforazzjoni ta' 13.9 x 14.0 (comb.) u l-folja hija ta' daqs 182mm x 115mm. Il-bolli ġew stampati b'watermark tas-Salib ta' Malta u Printex Limited ipproduċa dan is-sett b'metodu offset. Il-ħarġa f'din is-sensiela tikkonsisti f'800,000 bolla li għandhom valur ta' €0.37.
