Proceess Automation Official
A vacancy has arisen for the post of full-time Process Automation Official in the Senior Administrator grade for duties within the Operations department. This role reports to the Head Mail Services.
This role involves collaborating with various Departments to automate and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Automate data collection processes using Power Automate.
- Create and maintain solutions, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand processes and automate report generations.
- Provide guidance and training to employees following any change.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely support.
- Management and updating of the automated processes.
- Liaising with Customs regarding updates in Customs' Declaration processes.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on using Power Automate.
- Any additional duties delegated from time to time.
Applicants must:
- Have a minimum 10 years experience in the Postal Service.
- Hold an ECDL certification or equivalent - this may include holding an 'O' level certificate in Computer Studies, or for those who have been working within the Company in a computer based role for at least the past 6 months, a pass in a test set internally through the HR Department;
- Have proven experience in automation using Power Automate.
- Possess excellent numerical reasoning and mathematical skills;
- Have spoken and written communication skills, preferably in Maltese and/or English;
- Possess strong and assertive organisational skills and be able to prioritise work to meet deadlines;
- Be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative;
- Hold a clean disciplinary record.
