Post Office Sales & Service Official

Vacancies have arisen for the post of Sales & Service Official for duties within the Company’s Post Office network.

The main responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

  • selling MaltaPost products and services over the counter;
  • promoting and upselling such products and services;
  • providing an optimum customer experience.

Applicants as a minimum shall:

  • hold certification at MQF level 3 or equivalent;
  • have proven experince in sales and upselling of products;
  • have good interactive skills to effectively engage with staff and customers;
  • possess strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise work to meet deadlines;
  • have excellent spoken and written communication skills preferably in both Maltese and English;
  • be in possession of a clean police conduct certificate;

The appointment is subject to a 6-month probationary period. Working hours are Monday to Saturday between 07:00 to 13:40. This schedule may change at the company's discretion and business exigencies.
