Seasonal Mail Room Assistants

MaltaPost p.l.c. is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our Central Mail Room team to support its operations in the build-up to the Christmas period. This position offers flexibility and the chance to be part of Malta's trusted postal operations in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort, process, and prepare mail and parcels for delivery in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Handle registered and insured items according to company and postal regulations.
  • Maintain tidy and safe work areas while supporting colleagues during peak periods.
  • Assist other units within the mail room as needed.

Requirements

  • Reliable, organised, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Physically able to perform manual handling tasks and remain on your feet for extended periods.
