Before shopping online, all you have to do is register for your SendOn code. You will use this when shopping from online stores together with the address of one of MaltaPost’s hubs in the UK, Germany, Italy or the USA.

Visit the SendOn Calculator and choose your desired hub, indicating the weight of your item and its dimensions and whether you would like to add insurance. You will then be given the approximate cost of your shipping. The cost indicated on the calculator only shows the SendOn service charge to bring your item to Malta from the chosen hub.

If you are shopping from the USA, additional customs duties or VAT charges may apply. These charges are not included in the calculator. When your item is delivered to our USA hub, we will contact you via email in order for you to declare your items for customs purposes. Your item will not be able to leave our USA hub unless you declare your items.

You may insure your SendOn items against loss or damage at a minimal charge. Customers who opt to insure their postal articles would be insured under the master insurance policy issued by Middlesea Insurance plc in the name of MaltaPost. SendOn Insurance will cover all trackable and signed-for packages up to a maximum limit of €3,000 per package but not exceeding the value of the contents.

Within a few days, your shopping will be delivered to you in Malta or Gozo. Apart from your home address you can now also register other destinations such as a work address, a Post Office of your choice and now with easipik, you may also collect your shopping any time from our new parcel locker network.
