The values you have inputted exceed the permissible dimensions allowed for shipping and therefore we are unable to provide a quote. Please contact a MaltaPost representative on info@maltapost.com who will be able to provide you with a quote. Within your email, it is important to include the weight and dimensions as well as a short description of your item.
If you are shopping from an online store which does not ship to Malta, but ships to other countries in Europe such as Sicily, we can offer you an address in this country.
ATTENTION
If items are delivered on a pallet from the supplier to the SendOn Hub, separate pricing will apply. Prior to ordering items, kindly ask the supplier to confirm whether item will be despatched on a pallet, and if so, supplier is to confirm pallet measurements. Kindly then send an email to info@maltapost.com for us to provide you with a separate quote.
Items exceeding permissible weight and size
The maximum weight and dimensions can be shipped through the SendOn Standard service from Sicily is 300Kg and 120cm (L) X 80cm (W) x 200cm (H) (packaging included).

Delivery to Door
The rates quoted for the SendOn service include delivery to an address located at street level in Malta and Gozo provided that the items weigh less than 30Kg, or are of a volumetric weight of or under 0.18m3, like for example 72cmx50cmx50cm. A charge of €30 will apply for delivery of items weighing between 30Kg and 300Kg. The charge of €30 includes delivery of the item to street level only.
A separate quote will be issued for the delivery of:
- Heavy items weighing more than 300Kg.
- Bulky items (e.g. furniture or machinery) which requires the use of an elevator service.
Delivery to a Parcel Locker
Please note that for deliveries to parcel lockers, the package must fall within certain measurements and must have a maximum weight of 30kg. For more information visit www.maltapost.com/easipik
Prohibited Items
There are items that are prohibited by international regulations which we cannot transport to Malta. There are items (dangerous goods) which require documentation in order to be transported to Malta and these may include lithium batteries (even inside a device) and aerosols. The list of dangerous goods may vary from one hub to another. Therefore, we encourage you to check out the prohibited items list according to the hub you will be using.
